Schengy provides route-aware software assistance for preparing Schengen visa paperwork — a compiled application form, a custom cover letter, and a personalized document checklist — for all 29 Schengen destinations.

We provide preparation assistance only. We do not submit applications, book appointments, or guarantee the outcome of any visa decision.

Where a route is explicitly enabled, you may purchase an optional flight hold or hotel reservation service. We use a certified provider or licensed travel partner to issue the underlying reservation; we do not create dummy tickets, edit booking documents, reuse booking references, or generate confirmations with AI.

A flight hold is not a purchased ticket. An unpaid, no-prepayment, or otherwise provisional hotel reservation is not a paid hotel stay. The provider reference, expiry, cancellation deadline, and provider terms shown in your Visa Vault control the reservation. These services do not guarantee visa approval and are not official embassy, consulate, VFS, TLS, or BLS documents.

Reservation service fees are optional and are shown separately at checkout. They are not official government or visa-centre fees. We only fulfil a reservation after your travel details and disclosure acceptance pass the route capability checks; unsupported routes remain unavailable.

The Portal Companion is a Chrome extension included in the Companion route. It fills certified sections on supported portals for Finland, Belgium, and Luxembourg using data from your Schengy Vault, then pauses for CAPTCHA, review, and final submission steps.

The extension runs entirely in your browser. Your portal password and cookies never leave your Chrome profile. Schengy does not have access to your portal credentials.

Private pilot builds may be distributed as an unpacked extension for supervised testing. The public production build must be signed and distributed through the Chrome Web Store; applicants should not install an unrecognized extension package.

Portal automation is provided as-is. The extension pauses for CAPTCHAs and verification checks — you remain responsible for solving these and for reviewing all portal entries before final submission.

Schengy is an independent technology provider and is not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, VFS Global, BLS International, or TLScontact. We provide automated software assistance to simplify visa preparation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing every generated document before submitting it to a consulate.

You agree to use Schengy only for lawful purposes and with documents you are authorized to use.

When using the Portal Companion, you are responsible for reviewing every field the extension writes in the embassy portal before final submission. The Companion uses your Schengy data — you must verify it is correct in the portal context.

You are responsible for solving CAPTCHAs and verification checks when the Companion pauses. The extension will not bypass or circumvent these on your behalf unless you have explicitly opted into the automatic CAPTCHA solver.

Schengy charges a route-aware one-time service fee: EGP 500 for Offline Forms, EGP 625 for the Portal Companion, or EGP 750 for Live Portal Automation during launch pricing. Additional travellers are charged at the discounted route add-on shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely in EGP via the payment methods shown at checkout. Official embassy, consulate, VFS, TLS, and BLS fees are separate.

The Portal Companion is included in the Companion route fee at no additional extension cost.

Because applications are generated instantly, fees are non-refundable once an application has been compiled.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant consular authorities. Schengy is not liable for refusals, delays, or any decision made by an embassy or consulate.

The Portal Companion fills certified portal sections based on your data. Schengy is not liable for errors in the embassy portal that result from incorrect source data you provided, portal changes that occur after the extension was last updated, or your failure to review written fields before submission.

The Companion is capability-gated by country, collection centre, visa type, account mode, and driver version. The application and extension show only routes that are currently certified. Belgium and Luxembourg routes may remain unavailable while their evidence is being renewed or a collecting post is being confirmed.
